Then Philip opened his mouth and began at the same Scripture and preached the gospel of Jesus to him. And as they passed along the way, they came on some water. And the eunuch said, See, here is water, what hinders me from being baptized? Philip said, If you believe with all your heart, it is lawful. Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. If we say that we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
He who says, I have known Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
