It behooveth us to work the works of Him that sent us, while it is day: the night comes, when no one is able to work. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Saying these words, He spat on the ground, and made mortar out of the spittle, and besmeared the mortar on his eyes, and He said to him; Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is interpreted, Sent). Then he went away, and washed, and came seeing.

And two blind men followed Him, going thence, crying out, and saying, Have mercy on us, thou Son of David. And the blind men came to Him, having come into the house: and Jesus says to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They say to Him, Yea, Lord. Then He touched their eyes, saying, Be it unto you according to your faith. read more.
And their eyes were opened. And Jesus charged them, saying, See that no one know it.

And they come into Bethsaida: and they bring Him a blind man, and they intreat Him that He may touch him. And taking the blind man by the hand, He led him out of the village; and spitting in his eyes, putting His hands on him, He asked him, if he sees anything. Some said, That he is: others said, No, but he is like him: he said, I am he. Then they said to him, How then were your eyes opened? He responded, a man called Jesus made mortar and besmeared my eyes, and said, Go to Siloam, and wash. Then having gone away and washed, I looked up.
