And the fourteenth day of the first month shall be Passover unto the LORD. And the fifteenth day of the same month shall be a feast, in which seven days men must eat unleavened bread. The first day shall be a holy feast, so that ye shall do no manner of laborious work therein. "'If the whole commonalty of the children of Israel sin through ignorance, and the thing be hid from their eyes: so that they have committed any of these things which the LORD hath forbidden to be done in his commandments and have offended, and the sin which they have sinned be afterward known, then shall they offer an ox for a sin offering and shall bring him before the tabernacle of witness, and the elders of the multitude shall put their hands upon his head before the LORD. And the priest that is anointed shall bring of his blood into the tabernacle of witness, and shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD: even before the veil.
