And when Jesus had finished these discourses, He departed from Galilee, and came into the borders of Judea, beyond Jordan: and great multitudes followed Him, and there He healed them.
And He arose from thence and came into the coasts of Judea, through the country beyond Jordan: and the people resorted to Him again; and, as He was wont, He taught them again.

And when He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath-day, there was a woman that had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and utterly unable to lift herself upright. And when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him, and said to her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. read more.
And He laid his hands upon her; and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue, being provoked that Jesus had wrought a cure on the sabbath-day, said to the people, There are six days in which ye ought to work; on these therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath-day. The Lord therefore answered him and said, Thou hypocrite, does not any of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall and lead him away to watering? And might not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath-day? Upon his saying this, all his adversaries were ashamed: but the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him. Then said He, To what is the kingdom of God like, and to what shall I compare it? It is like a grain of mustard-seed, which a man took and sowed in his garden, and it grew, and became a great tree, and the birds of the air lodged in it's boughs. And again He said, To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? It is like leaven, which a woman took and put into three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. And he went through the cities and villages teaching, as He journeyed towards Jerusalem. And one said to Him, Lord, are there but few that shall be saved? But He said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate; for I tell you, many will desire to enter in, and shall not be able. When the master of the house shall have risen up and shut the door, and ye begin to stand without and knock at the door saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and He shall answer and say to you, I know you not, whence ye are: then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drank in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets, But He will say, I tell you, I know you not, whence ye are; depart from me all ye workers of iniquity: and there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves shut out. Yea they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. And behold, there are some last who shall be first, and there are first that shall be last. At the same time came some of the pharisees, and said to Him, Go out and depart hence, for Herod intends to kill thee. And He said to them, Go, tell that fox, Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and to-morrow; and in a little while I am to be perfected: but I must procede to-day and to-morrow and the following; for it cannot be supposed that a prophet should be cut off but in Jerusalem. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killest the prophets and stonest them that are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and ye would not? Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and I assure you ye shall not see me again till the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord.
