Now Jesus, [when he] learned of [it], withdrew from there, and many followed him, and he healed them all. And he warned them that they should not {reveal his identity}, in order that what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah would be fulfilled, who said, read more.
"Behold my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom my soul is well pleased. I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the Gentiles. He will not quarrel or cry out, nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets. A crushed reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not extinguish, until he brings justice to victory. And in his name the Gentiles will hope.

And from Judea and from Jerusalem and from Idumea and the other side of the Jordan and around Tyre and Sidon a great crowd came to him [because they] heard all that he was doing. And he told his disciples that a small boat should stand ready for him because of the crowd, so that they would not press upon him. read more.

And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, were falling down before him and crying out, saying, "You are the Son of God!" And he warned them strictly that they should not make him known.
