It is enough for the disciple, that he become as his teacher, and the servant as his lord. If they called the Master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his house-hold?



And, if I by Beelzebub cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore, they shall be your judges.


And, if Satan also were divided against himself, how would his kingdom stand? because ye say that by Beelzebub I am casting out the demons! But, if I, by Beelzebub, cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore, they shall be your judges.


And, knowing their thoughts, He said to them, "Every kingdom, divided against itself, is brought to naught; and every city or house, divided against itself, shall not stand. And, if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how, then, shall his kingdom stand And, if I by Beelzebub cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? But, if I by the Spirit of God cast out the demons, then the Kingdom of God came upon you unexpectedly.

Then there was brought to Him a demoniac, blind, and dumb; and He healed him, so that the dumb man spake and saw. And all the multitudes were amazed, and said, Can this be the Son of David?" But the Pharisees, hearing it, said, "This Man doth not cast out the demons, except by Beelzebub, prince of the demons." read more.

Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree worthless and its fruit worthless; for from the fruit the tree is known. "Broods of vipers! how can ye speak good things, being yourselves evil? For, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. The good man, out of his good treasure, puts forth good things; and the evil man, out of his evil treasure, puts forth evil things. And I say to you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account concerning it in the day of judgment; for by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned."

and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him. And He cometh into a house. And the multitude comes together again, so that they could not even eat bread. And, hearing of it, His kinsmen went out to lay hold on Him; for they said, "He became insane!" read more.
And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He hath Beelzebub, and by the ruler of the demons casteth out the demons." And, having called them to Him, He said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan? And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. And, if Satan did arise against himself, and was divided, he cannot stand, but has an end. But no one is able, after having entered into the house of the strong man, to plunder his goods, except he first bind the strong man; and then will he plunder his house. Verily I say to you, all the sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and the blasphemies whatsoever they blaspheme; but whosoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness forever, but is guilty of an eternal sin; because they said, 'He hath an unclean spirit.'"

And the unclean spirits, whensoever they were beholding Him, were falling down before Him, and crying, saying, "Thou art the Son of God."

And, as they were going forth, behold, they have brought to Him a dumb man, a demoniac; and, the demon having been cast oat, the dumb spake. And the multitudes wondered, saying, "Never was it so seen in Israel!"
