He replied: Go into the city, to a certain man, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near; I will keep the passover at your house, with my disciples.

Then he came to his disciples, and said to them: Bleep what time is left, and take your rest; behold, the hour draws near, and the Son of man is delivered into the hands of sinners.

Then they sought to take him; yet no one laid his hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.



Jesus spoke these words, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said: Father, the hour has come: glorify thy Son, that thy Son may also glorify thee;


And the passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

And while he was in Jerusalem, during the feast of passover, many believed on his name, because they saw the signs that he did.

And he said to them: I have greatly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer.

On the first day of unleavened bread, the disciples came to Jesus, and said to him: Where dost thou wish that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? He replied: Go into the city, to a certain man, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near; I will keep the passover at your house, with my disciples. And the disciples did as Jesus commanded them, and prepared the passover. read more.
When the evening had come, he reclined at table with the twelve.


And the passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

And the feast of the dedication was celebrated in Jerusalem, and it was winter:

And while he was in Jerusalem, during the feast of passover, many believed on his name, because they saw the signs that he did.

And his parents went up every year to Jerusalem, at the feast of passover. And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem, according to the custom of the feast.

After this was the feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

But when his brothers had gone up, then he also went up to the feast, not openly, but, as it were, in secret.

And they were very sad, and began each one of them to say to him: Lord, is it I? He answered and said: He that dips his hand with me in the dish, will deliver me up. The Son of man goes, as it is written of him; but alas for that man by whom the Son of man is delivered up! It would have been good for that man, if he had not been born. And Judas, who delivered him up, answered and said: Rabbi, is it I? He replied: You have said. And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave it to the disciples, and said: Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying: Do you all drink of it: for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many in order to the remission of sins. But I say to you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, till that day when I drink it with you new in the kingdom of my Father. And when they had sung a hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

And on the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said to him: Where dost thou wish that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover? And he sent two of his disciples, and said to them: Go into the city, and there will meet you a man carrying a pitcher of water; follow him, and wherever he enters, say to the master of the house: The Teacher says, "Where is the room in which I may eat the passover with my disciples? read more.
And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and made ready; there make ready for us. And his disciples went out, and came into the city, and found as he had said to them; and they prepared the passover. And in the evening, he came with the twelve. And while they were reclining at table, and were eating, Jesus said to them: Verily I say to you, One of you, he that eats with me, will deliver me up. And they began to be sad, and to say to him, one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I? He answered and said to them: It is one of the twelve, he that dips with me into the dish. The Son of man goes, as it is written of him; but alas for that man by whom the Son of man is delivered up! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born. And while they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to them, and said: Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them; and they all drank of it. And he said to them: This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many. Verily I say to you, I shall drink no more of the fruit of the vine, till that day when I shall drink it new in the kingdom of God.

Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed. And he sent Peter and John, saying: Go, make ready the passover for us, that we may eat it. They said to him: Where dost thou wish that we make it ready? read more.
And he said to them: Behold, as you go into the city, there shall meet you a man carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house that he enters; and say to the master of the house: The Teacher says to you, Where is the room in which I may eat the passover with my disciples? And he will show you a large upper room furnished; there make ready. And they went, and found as he had said to them; and they made ready the passover. And when the hour had come, he reclined at table, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said to them: I have greatly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer. For I say to you, I will eat of it no more till it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said: Take this, and divide it among yourselves; for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine till the kingdom of God has come. And he took bread, and gave thanks; and he broke, and gave it to them, saying: This is my body, which is given for you: do this in remembrance of me. In like manner also, the cup, after he had supped, saying: This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.


He replied: Go into the city, to a certain man, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near; I will keep the passover at your house, with my disciples. And the disciples did as Jesus commanded them, and prepared the passover.

It is enough for the disciple, that he be as his teacher; and for the servant, that he be as his master. If they call the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household?

But you must not be called Rabbi; for one is your leader, and all of you are brethren.

He replied: Go into the city, to a certain man, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near; I will keep the passover at your house, with my disciples.

And they came to him, and awoke him, saying: Master, master, we perish. But he arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water, and they ceased, and there was a calm.

And a certain scribe came and said to him.: Teacher, I will follow thee wherever thou goest.

And when he came, he immediately went up to him and said: Rabbi, Rabbi, and kissed him.

And immediately he came to Jesus, and said: Hail, Rabbi! and kissed him.

And Judas, who delivered him up, answered and said: Rabbi, is it I? He replied: You have said.

You call me Teacher and Lord; and you say well, for so I am. If, then, I, your Lord and your Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
