And while he was in Jerusalem, during the feast of passover, many believed on his name, because they saw the signs that he did.

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave it to the disciples, and said: Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying: Do you all drink of it: for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many in order to the remission of sins.

And he sent two of his disciples, and said to them: Go into the city, and there will meet you a man carrying a pitcher of water; follow him, and wherever he enters, say to the master of the house: The Teacher says, "Where is the room in which I may eat the passover with my disciples? read more.
And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and made ready; there make ready for us. And his disciples went out, and came into the city, and found as he had said to them; and they prepared the passover. And in the evening, he came with the twelve. And while they were reclining at table, and were eating, Jesus said to them: Verily I say to you, One of you, he that eats with me, will deliver me up. And they began to be sad, and to say to him, one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I? He answered and said to them: It is one of the twelve, he that dips with me into the dish. The Son of man goes, as it is written of him; but alas for that man by whom the Son of man is delivered up! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born. And while they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to them, and said: Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them; and they all drank of it. And he said to them: This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many. Verily I say to you, I shall drink no more of the fruit of the vine, till that day when I shall drink it new in the kingdom of God.

And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said: Take this, and divide it among yourselves; for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine till the kingdom of God has come. And he took bread, and gave thanks; and he broke, and gave it to them, saying: This is my body, which is given for you: do this in remembrance of me. In like manner also, the cup, after he had supped, saying: This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.

Then they led Jesus from Caiaphas to the governor's pal ace. It was the morning hour. And, in order that they might not be denied, but that they might eat the passover, they did not go into the governor's palace.

You know that after two days the passover is kept, and the Son of man is delivered up to be crucified.

And it came to pass, after three days, that they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both hearing them, and asking them questions. And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding, and his answers. And when they saw him they were amazed. And his mother said to him: Child, why have you acted thus toward us? Be hold, your father and I have sought for you in sorrow. And he said to them: Why did you seek for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house? And they did not understand the words which he spoke to them.
