You put away all the wicked of the earth like waste; therefore I love Your testimonies.
Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the refiner.
Burning lips and a wicked heart are like a broken piece of pottery with silver waste.
Your silver has become dross, your wine mixed with water;
Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to Me. All of them are bronze, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the middle of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver. Once I have sworn by My holiness that I will not lie to David. His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before Me. It shall be established forever like the moon, and like a faithful witness in the heavens. Selah.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say, It is My people; and they shall say, Jehovah is my God.
And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver. And He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may be offerers of a food offering in righteousness to Jehovah.
The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold, but Jehovah tries the hearts.
