In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare; but the righteous shall sing and rejoice. The righteous taketh knowledge of the cause of the poor; the wicked understandeth not knowledge.

and I found more bitter than death the woman whose heart is nets and snares, and whose hands are bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be caught by her.
A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his steps. In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare; but the righteous shall sing and rejoice.
For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as fowlers stoop down; they set a trap, they catch men. As a cage full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and have enriched themselves. They are become fat, they shine, yea, they surpass in deeds of wickedness; they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, and they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not adjudge.

Whoso causeth the upright to go astray in an evil way, shall himself fall into his own pit; but the perfect shall inherit good.
The nations are sunk down in the pit that they made; in the net that they hid is their own foot taken.
He that diggeth a pit falleth into it; and whoso breaketh down a hedge, a serpent biteth him.
Thorns and snares are in the way of the perverse: he that keepeth his soul holdeth himself far from them.
Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein; and he that rolleth a stone, it shall return upon him.
