Unless thy law had been my delight, I should have perished in my affliction. I will never forget thy precepts; for with them thou hast caused me to live. I am thine, keep me; for I have sought thy precepts. The wicked have waited for me to destroy me, but I will consider thy testimonies. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and in that which has been entrusted unto thee, knowing of whom thou hast learned them, and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto saving health by the faith which is in Christ Jesus.
