The LORD's precepts are right, rejoicing the heart. The LORD's commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever. The LORD's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.

I will delight myself in your commandments, because I love them.
The Law you have spoken is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.

Understanding » Who understands
He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a quick temper displays folly.
He who refuses correction despises his own soul, but he who listens to reproof gets understanding.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.
Flog a scoffer, and the simple will learn prudence; rebuke one who has understanding, and he will gain knowledge.
My son, if you will receive my words, and store up my commandments within you; So as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; Yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding; read more.
If you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures: then you will understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. For the LORD gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity; that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his holy ones. Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path.
