Now, therefore, O LORD our God, I beseech thee, save us now out of his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou alone art the LORD God.
O our God, wilt thou not judge them? For we have no might against this great company that comes against us; we do not know what to do; but our eyes are fixed upon thee.
Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me with the shadow of thy wings, from the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.

And they cried unto the LORD and said, We have sinned because we have forsaken the LORD and have served the Baalim and Ashtaroth, but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.
Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; defend me from those that rise up against me.
Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer; preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

Ransom me from the violence of men, and I will keep thy precepts.
