Afflicted saints » Should praise God
But I have trusted in thy loving kindness. My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
Thou number my wanderings. Put thou my tears into thy bottle. Are they not in thy book? Then shall my enemies turn back in the day that I call. This I know, that God is for me. In God I will praise [his] word. In LORD I will praise [his] word.

Thou, who have shown us many and great troubles, will revive us again, and will bring us up again from the depths of the earth. Increase thou my greatness, and turn again and comfort me. Man, who is born of a woman, is of few days, and full of trouble.
For all his days are [but] sorrows, and his travail is grief, yea, even in the night his heart takes no rest. This also is vanity.
but man is born to trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
The cords of death encompassed me, and the pains of Sheol got hold upon me. I found trouble and sorrow.
We looked for peace, but no good came, for a time of healing, and, behold, dismay!
