For those who live in Jerusalem, and their rulers, recognizing neither Him nor the utterances of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled these by condemning Him.



When they had carried out all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the cross and laid Him in a tomb.

"Son of man, what is this proverb you people have concerning the land of Israel, saying, 'The days are long and every vision fails'? "Therefore say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "I will make this proverb cease so that they will no longer use it as a proverb in Israel." But tell them, "The days draw near as well as the fulfillment of every vision. "For there will no longer be any false vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel. read more.
"For I the LORD will speak, and whatever word I speak will be performed It will no longer be delayed, for in your days, O rebellious house, I will speak the word and perform it," declares the Lord GOD.'"

Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “None of My words will be delayed any longer. Whatever word I speak will be performed,”’” declares the Lord God.

“For the vision is yet for the appointed time;
It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
For it will certainly come, it will not delay.




As He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from of old—

And now do not carry on as scoffers,
Or your fetters will be made stronger;
For I have heard from the Lord God of hosts
Of decisive destruction on all the earth.


On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Shebat, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah the prophet, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, as follows:

In the fourth year of King Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah on the fourth day of the ninth month, which is Chislev.

Also the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

The word of the Lord also came to me, saying,

Then the word of the Lord of hosts came to me, saying,

Then the word of the Lord came to Zechariah saying,

Then the word of the Lord of hosts came, saying,

Then the word of the Lord of hosts came to me, saying,


The oracle concerning Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.

The word which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

Again the Lord spoke to me further, saying,

In the year that King Ahaz died this oracle came:

Then the word of the Lord came to Isaiah, saying,


"As for you, son of man, take a sharp sword; take and use it as a barber's razor on your head and beard Then take scales for weighing and divide the hair. "One third you shall burn in the fire at the center of the city, when the days of the siege are completed Then you shall take one third and strike it with the sword all around the city, and one third you shall scatter to the wind; and I will unsheathe a sword behind them. "Take also a few in number from them and bind them in the edges of your robes. read more.
"Take again some of them and throw them into the fire and burn them in the fire; from it a fire will spread to all the house of Israel.

And coming to us, he took Paul’s belt and bound his own feet and hands, and said, “This is what the Holy Spirit says: ‘In this way the Jews at Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’”



But you, beloved, ought to remember the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, that they were saying to you, "In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts."


Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying,

Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,

Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,


This is the message which Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Neriah, when he had written down these words in a book at Jeremiah’s dictation, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, saying:

So Jeremiah wrote in a single scroll all the calamity which would come upon Babylon, that is, all these words which have been written concerning Babylon.


On the twenty-first of the seventh month, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet saying,

On the twenty-fourth of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Haggai the prophet, saying,

Then the word of the Lord came a second time to Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying,


Then Amos replied to Amaziah, "I am not a prophet, nor am I the son of a prophet; for I am a herdsman and a grower of sycamore figs. "But the LORD took me from following the flock and the LORD said to me, 'Go prophesy to My people Israel.'

All the nations have gathered together
So that the peoples may be assembled.
Who among them can declare this
And proclaim to us the former things?
Let them present their witnesses that they may be justified,
Or let them hear and say, “It is true.”


And the Lord said to me, “Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Hear the words of this covenant and do them.





Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying,


Her gates have sunk into the ground,
He has destroyed and broken her bars.
Her king and her princes are among the nations;
The law is no more.
Also, her prophets find
No vision from the Lord.
