Whoever is born from human parents is a human being; and whoever is born from the Holy Spirit is a spiritual being.
This is because the one whose mind is [controlled] by the flesh is an enemy of God; for he is not obedient to God's law, and in fact, cannot obey it. And those people who are living according to the flesh cannot please God.
