Then there arose a disputation among them: who should be the greatest. When Jesus perceived the thoughts of their hearts, he took a child, and set him hard by him, and said unto them, "Whosoever receiveth this child in my name, receiveth me. And whosoever receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me. For he that is least among you all, the same shall be great."
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my father which is in heaven. Think not, that I am come to send peace into the earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet, shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, shall receive the reward of a righteous man.
