6 Bible Verses about Acting Three Times

A man that is a heretic, after the first and second admonition, reject,

thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice have I been shipwrecked, a night and a day have I spent in the deep;

And he came a third time, and said to them, Sleep henceforth, and be refreshed. It is enough; the hour has come. Behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners!

This was now the third time that Jesus appeared to his disciples after he had arisen from the dead.

Behold, I am ready to come to you a third time, and I will not be burdensome to you; for I seek not yours, but you. For the children ought not to lay up treasure for the parents, but the parents for the children.
