For each person should carry his own load.
What have I to do with judging those outside (in the world)? Do we not judge those who are inside (the congregation)?
This is for the perfecting (equipping) (preparing) of the holy ones, for the work of ministering, for the building up of the body of Christ:

People should regard us as servants of Christ. God has trusted us with his secrets.

He who did not know and did things unacceptable will receive a lesser punishment. To whom much is given, much will be required and to whom they commit much they will demand even more.
