Now the God of patience and consolation give you to be like-minded among each other, according to Christ Jesus:

Now I conjure you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no schisms among you; but that ye be perfectly united together in the same mind and the same sentiment.

Be of the same mind among each other. Affect not high things, but be condescending to the lowly. Be not wise in your own conceits.

IF there be then any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any communion of spirit, if any bowels and compassions, fulfil ye my joy, that ye may be united in sentiment, having the same love, of one soul, of one mind. Let nothing be done contentiously or vain-gloriously; but in humility reckoning others superior to yourselves.

I beseech Euodias, and I beseech Syntiche to be of one mind in the Lord.
