Beyond the second curtain was a room called the Most Holy Place. It had a golden incense burner. The Ark of the Covenant was completely covered with gold. It contained the golden pot that had the manna, and the rod of Aaron that had sprouted, and the tables of the covenant.

Aaron placed it before the Testimony, to be kept just as Jehovah commanded Moses. The children of Israel ate the manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land. They ate the manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.
