A wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord. But in my judgment she is happier if she remains as she is; and I think that I also have the Spirit of God.
Now concerning the matters about which you wrote, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. read more.
