But I say unto you, Whosoever shall own me before men, the Son of man will also own him before the angels of God.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance; but He that cometh after me, is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to carry: He shall baptize you with the holy Spirit and with fire.

I must acquaint you, that no one speaking by the Spirit of God, calleth Jesus a curse: and no one can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the holy Ghost.

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

By this ye may know the Spirit of God: every Spirit that confesseth Jesus Christ, who is come in the flesh, is of God: and every spirit that doth not confess Jesus Christ, who is come in the flesh, is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, which ye have heard was coming, and is already in the world.

for whosoever denieth the Son, hath not the Father: but he that confesseth the Son acknowledgeth the Father also.

By this ye may know the Spirit of God: every Spirit that confesseth Jesus Christ, who is come in the flesh, is of God:

and believe in thine heart, that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him, shall not be ashamed.

Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, that ye may be healed: the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Now this we have heard from Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we say that we have communion with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practise the truth: but if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have communion with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. read more.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness:

Wherefore God hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name above every name: that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of celestial beings, as well as of those on earth, and of those under the earth; and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

for it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

Thou hast a few names even in Sardis, which have not defiled their garments, and they shall walk with me in white; for they are worthy. He that overcometh shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name from the book of life; but I will own his name before my Father, and before his angels.

For many deceivers are come out into the world, who disown that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. Such a one is a deceiver and an antichrist.

and every spirit that doth not confess Jesus Christ, who is come in the flesh, is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, which ye have heard was coming, and is already in the world.
