and the surpassing greatness of his power over us believers ??a power which operates with the strength of the might which he exerted in raising Christ from the dead and seating him at his right hand in the heavenly sphere, above all the angelic Rulers, Authorities, Powers, and Lords, above every Name that is to be named not only in this age but in the age to come ??22 he has put everything under his feet and set him as head over everything for the church,

For I am certain neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future,

it is in him that you reach your full life, and he is the Head of every angelic Ruler and Power;

so the daemons begged him saying, "If you are going to cast us out, send us into that drove of swine." He said to them, "Begone!" So out they came and went to the swine, and the entire drove rushed down the steep slope into the sea and perished in the water.

(a) Now after he rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary of Magdala out of whom he had cast seven daemons.

He was casting out a dumb daemon, and when the daemon had gone out the dumb man spoke. The crowds marvelled,

Now as Jesus saw that a crowd was rapidly gathering, he checked the unclean spirit. "Deaf and dumb spirit," he said, "leave him, I command you, and never enter him again."

So Jesus checked the daemon and it came out of him, and from that hour the boy was healed.

She did this for a number of days. Then Paul turned in annoyance and told the spirit, "In the name of Jesus Christ I order you out of her!" And it left her that very moment.
