And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, and went abroad into a far country; and there wasted his substance in riotous living.
Jesus therefore said, Yet a little while I am with you, and then I go to him that sent me.
My children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye will seek me; and, as I said to the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come, so now I say to you.
Ye heard me say to you, I am going away, and am coming again to you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced that I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.
And I am no longer in the world; and they are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father! keep them in thy name which thou hast given me, that they may be one, even as we are.
For I am already about to be offered as a sacrifice, and the time of my departure is at hand.
