Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a fatted ox with hatred.

And it came to pass, as Jesus sat to eat in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples. And there was set food before him to eat: but he said, I will not eat, until I have told my errand. And he said, Speak on.

But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him.

And when Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the ruler of his house, Bring these men home, and slay an animal, and make ready; for these men shall dine with me at noon.
