2 Kings 17:14
But they would not listen. Instead, they became obstinate like their ancestors who did not believe the Lord their God.
She has not obeyed; she has not accepted discipline. She has not trusted in the Lord; she has not drawn near to her God.
They despised the pleasant land and did not believe His promise.
Despite all this, they kept sinning and did not believe His wonderful works.
You made a reservoir between the walls for the waters of the ancient pool, but you did not look to the One who made it, or consider the One who created it long ago.
Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help and who depend on horses! They trust in the number of chariots and in the great strength of charioteers. They do not look to the Holy One of Israel and they do not seek the Lord's help.
Look at the nations and observe- be utterly astounded! For something is taking place in your days that you will not believe when you hear about it.
Look, you scoffers, marvel and vanish away, because I am doing a work in your days, a work that you will never believe, even if someone were to explain it to you. "
Who has believed what we have heard? And who has the arm of the Lord been revealed to?
But all did not obey the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our message?
1 John 5:10
(The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. The one who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given about His Son.)
But how can they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher?

True enough; they were broken off by unbelief, but you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid.
What then? If some did not believe, will their unbelief cancel God's faithfulness?
