But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

With her enticing speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she seduced him. He goes after her immediately, as an ox goes to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; Till an arrow strikes through his liver; as a bird hastens to the snare, and knows not that it is for his life. Hearken unto me now therefore, O you children, and attend to the words of my mouth. Let not your heart turn aside to her ways, go not astray in her paths. For she has cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her. Her house is the way to sheol, going down to the chambers of death.
Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death.
And my speech and my preaching were not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increases learning.
The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
By long patience is a prince persuaded, and a gentle tongue breaks the bone.
Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no trap is for it? shall one take up a snare from the earth, having taken nothing at all?
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that have just escaped from them who live in error.
And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson's wife, Entice your husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn you and your father's house with fire: have you called us to take what we have? is it not so?
And the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and said unto her, Entice him, and see where his great strength lies, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him: and we will all give you eleven hundred pieces of silver.
And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.
And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.
And the LORD said unto him, By what means? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, You shall persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
With her enticing speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she seduced him.
A violent man entices his neighbor, and leads him into the way that is not good.
