So likewise, whoever of you doth not forsake all that he hath, cannot be my disciple.

And every one who hath left brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, or houses, for the sake of my name, will receive many fold more, and will inherit everlasting life.

And He said: "For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh."

If any one cometh to me, and hateth not his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
