And Peter arose and came with them; and when he had come they led him into the upper room, and all the widows stood by weeping and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made while she was with them.

And Jesus coming into the house of the ruler, and seeing the musicians and the multitude making a tumultuous noise,

And approaching he touched the bier, and those who bore it stopped. And he said, Young man, I tell you, arise!

and taking it down, he wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a tomb cut out of a rock, in which no man had yet been laid.

and Joseph took the body, and wrapped it in clean linen,

And having bought linen, he took him down and wrapped him in the linen, and placed him in a tomb which was cut from a rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.

Then they took the body of Jesus, and bound it with bandages, with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to prepare for burial. And there was in the place where he was crucified a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one was yet laid. In that therefore they laid Jesus, on account of the preparation of the Jews, because the tomb was near.
