One law shall be for him that is home-born and for the sojourner that sojourneth among you.

Numbers 9:14

And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and would hold the passover to Jehovah, according to the rite of the passover, and according to the ordinance thereof, so shall he do. Ye shall have one rite, both for the stranger and for him that is born in the land.

Numbers 15:13-16

And all that are born in the land shall do these things thus, in presenting an offering by fire of a sweet odour to Jehovah. Leviticus 19:9-10
