And Nathaniel said to him: Can any thing good come out of Nazareth? Philip said to him: Come and see.

To this, indeed, you have been called; because even Christ suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his footsteps. He did no sin, nor was guile found in his mouth.

Then Herod, when he had secretly called the Magi, inquired of them strictly at what time the star, then visible, first made its appearance: and sending them to Bethlehem, he said: Go, make strict inquiry for the young child: and when you have found him, bring me word, that I also may go and do him homage.
