The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's seat is in heaven. His eyes consider the poor, and his eyelids try the children of men.

Then went Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu and the seventy elders of Israel up, and saw the God of Israel, and under his feet as it were a brick work of sapphire, and as it were the fashion of heaven when it is clear, and upon the nobles of the children of Israel he set not his hand.
