You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorns? or figs from thistles? So every good tree bears good fruits, but a bad tree bears bad fruits; a good tree cannot bear bad fruits, nor a bad tree good fruits. Every tree which bears not good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. By their fruits, therefore, you shall know them.
