oil for lights, and spices for anointing oil and for sweet cense;

"And command the children of Israel that they give the pure oil olive beaten for the lights to pour always into the lamps.

the candlestick of light with his apparel and his lamps and the oil for the lights;

The foolish took their lamps, but took none oil with them.

But the wise took oil with them in their vessels with their lamps also.

And the foolish said to the wise, 'Give us of your oil, for our lamps go out.'

But the wise answered, saying, 'Not so, lest there be not enough for us and you, but go rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.'
