Lord LORD, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, Yet I will gather to him, besides his own who are gathered.

even them I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon my altar, for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.

so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth. It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please. And it shall prosper in the thing to which I sent it.

LORD builds up Jerusalem. He gathers together the outcasts of Israel.
