They all continued united in earnest prayer. The women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers were also there.
They continued devoting themselves to doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

I continually give thanks for you in my prayers. May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, give you a spirit (mental disposition) of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. Have the eyes of your heart enlightened, that you may know the hope of his calling, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the holy ones,read more.
and what the exceeding greatness of his power is toward us who believe, according to the operation of his mighty strength. He operated in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places. It is far above all governments and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man. May Christ dwell in your hearts through faith to the end that you will be rooted and grounded in love. May you be able to comprehend with all the holy ones the breadth and length and height and depth.read more.
And may you know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge. May you be filled with all the fullness of God.
I pray that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment. This way you may approve (test) the things that are excellent (of more value). May you be sincere and without offense (blameless) to others till the day of Christ. Be filled with the fruits of righteousness through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God.
