declare the things that are to happen hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods; yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be astonished, and behold it together.

And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the coming things, and those that shall happen, let them declare unto them.

Forasmuch as thou sawest that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter. for also, when we were with you, we told you beforehand we are about to be in tribulation, even as also it came to pass, and ye know.)

to be mindful of the words spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of the Lord and Saviour by your apostles;

Write therefore what thou hast seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to be after these.

After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in heaven, and the first voice which I heard as of a trumpet speaking with me, saying, Come up here, and I will shew thee the things which must take place after these things.

And Joseph said to Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one. What God will do he has made known to Pharaoh.
