The Lord is not slow as to his promise (as some count it slowness) but is long-suffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Cast not away therefore your couragious profession, which hath a great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that having done the will of God ye may receive the promise.
