Hear another parable. Again he sent other servants more than the first; and they did to them likewise. Last of all he sent to them his Son, saying, They will reverence my Son. But the husbandmen seeing the Son, said among themselves, This is the heir; come let us kill him and seize on his inheritance. And taking him, they cast him out of the vineyard and slew him. When therefore the Lord of the vineyard cometh, what will he do to those husbandmen? They say to him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out the vineyard to other husbandmen who will render him the fruits in their seasons.

Mark 12:1-9

But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours. And they took him and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others.

Luke 20:9-16

What therefore will the Lord of the vineyard do to them? He will come and destroy these husbandmen, and give the vineyard to others.

Hebrews 11:13-16

All these died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and embraced them, and confest that they were strangers and sojourners on the earth. For they who speak thus, shew plainly, that they seek their own country. And truly if they had been mindful of that from which they came out, they might have had opportunity to return.read more.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the joint heirs of the same promise. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away: and there was no more sea. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride, adorned for her husband.
