Luke 2:22-24

When the days for their purification in terms of the Mosaic law had elapsed, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord (as it is written in the law of the Lord: every male that opens the womb must be considered consecrated to the Lord) and also to offer the sacrifice prescribed in the law of the Lord, a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.

Hebrews 10:8-10

He begins by saying, thou hast no desire for, thou takest no delight in, sacrifices and offerings and holocausts and sin-offerings (and these are what are offered in terms of the Law); he then adds, Here I come to do thy will.
