thus also Christ, having been offered once in order to bear the sins of many, will appear for the second time without reference to sin to those who eagerly await him for salvation.
who are being protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time,
whenever he should come to be glorified on that day by his saints and to be marveled at by all who believe, because our testimony was believed among you,
Therefore do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord should come, who will both enlighten the hidden things of darkness and will reveal the counsels of hearts, and then praise will come to each one from God.
Our God comes and he is not silent. Before him fire devours, and around him it is very tempestuous. He summons the heavens above and the earth that he might judge his people:
I solemnly charge [you] before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom,
And I saw a great white throne and the one who was seated on it, {from whose presence} earth and heaven fled, and a place was not found for them. And I saw the dead--the great and the small--standing before the throne, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the [book] of life, and the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead [who were] in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead [who were] in them, and each one was judged according to their deeds.
And the full moon will be ashamed and the sun will be ashamed, for Yahweh of hosts will rule on {Mount Zion} and in Jerusalem, and before his elders [in] glory.
And to him was given dominion and glory and kingship that all the peoples, the nations, and languages [would] serve him; his dominion [is] a dominion {without end} that will not cease, and his kingdom [is one] that will not be destroyed.
And the seventh angel blew the trumpet, and there was a loud voice in heaven saying, "The kingdom of the world has become [the kingdom] of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign {forever and ever}."
