for ye serve the Lord Christ.

But Jesus calling them to him said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles lord it over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. For they themselves declare concerning us, what manner of entrance to you we had, and how ye turned from idols to God,

If any man serve me, let him follow me, and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will the Father honour.

And as they went, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman, named Martha, received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sitting at the feet of Jesus, heard his discourse. Then the devil leaveth him, and behold angels came and waited upon him.

And as Jesus sat at table in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came, and sat down with him and his disciples.

And he arose and followed him. And as Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples; for there were many, and they followed him.

And one of the Pharisees asked him to eat with him. And going into the Pharisee's house, he sat down to table.
