Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods? If he call them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the scripture cannot be broken) Say ye of him whom God hath sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest, because I said, I am the Son of God?

Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets: I am not come to destroy but to fulfill. For verily I say to you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all things be effected. Whosoever therefore shall break one of the least of these commandments and teach men so, shall be the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and each them, he shall be great in the kingdom of heaven.

Then let them that are in Judea flee to the mountains, and let them that are in the midst of it, depart out, and let not them that are in the countries, enter thereinto. For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But wo to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days; for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath on this people.

Yet it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than for one tittle of the law to fail.

For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, even because when ye received the word of God from us, ye received it, not as the word of men, but (as it is in truth) the word of God, who likewise effectually worketh in you that believe.
