And He cured many who were sick with various diseases, and drove out many demons, and would not let the demons speak a word, because they knew who He was.

When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were under the power of demons, and at a mere word He drove the spirits out, and cured all who were sick,

But at the very time they were going out, some people brought to Him a dumb man, who was under the power of a demon, and after the demon had been driven out, the dumb man could talk. So the crowds were dumbfounded, saying, "Never before among the Jews was anything like this?

Now He was driving a dumb demon out of a man, and when the demon went out of him, the dumb man spoke. The crowds were astonished.

So He went all over Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons.

But He said to them: "Go and tell that fox, 'Here I am, driving out demons and performing cures, today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will finish these tasks.

But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, "This man is not driving out demons except by the help of Beelzebub, the prince of the demons." But because He knew their thoughts, He said to them, "Any kingdom that is not united is in the process of destruction, and any city or family that is not united cannot last. Now if Satan is driving out Satan, he has become disunited; how then can his kingdom last?read more.
And if I am driving out demons by the help of Beelzebub, by whose help are your sons driving them out? So they must be your judges. But if I by the Spirit of God am driving the demons out, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

And the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem kept saying, "He is under the spell of Beelzebub and by the help of the prince of the demons He drives out the demons." So He called them to Him, and continued speaking to them in short stories, as follows: "How can Satan drive out Satan? If a kingdom is disunited, that kingdom cannot last.read more.
And if a household is disunited, that household cannot last. And if Satan has made an insurrection against himself and become disunited, he cannot last but is surely coming to an end.

But some of them said, "It is with the help of Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that He is driving the demons out." But others, to test Him, were demanding from Him a spectacular sign from heaven. But He knew what they were thinking, and so said to them, "Any kingdom that is not united is in the process of destruction, and one house falls after another.read more.
And if Satan is really disunited, how can his kingdom last? Yet you say that I am driving the demons out with Beelzebub's help. Now if I with Beelzebub's help am driving the demons out, with whose help do your sons drive them out? But if I by the finger of God am driving the demons out, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

But the Pharisees kept on saying, "It is by the help of the prince of the demons that He drives them out."

Then He called His twelve disciples to Him, and gave them authority over foul spirits, so that they could drive them out, and so that they could cure any disease or ailment.

Then He called the Twelve together and gave them power and authority over all the demons, and to cure diseases,

Keep on curing the sick, raising the dead, healing lepers, and driving out demons. You received and gave no pay; you must give and take none.

But some wandering Jews who claimed to be driving out the evil spirits tried to use the name of the Lord Jesus on those who had evil spirits in them, saying, "I command you by that Jesus whom Paul preaches!"

Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, was it not in your name that we prophesied, and in your name that we drove out demons, and in your name that we did many wonder-works?'

This world is now in process of judgment; the prince of this world is now to be expelled.

And Jesus went into the temple and drove out all the buyers and sellers, and turned the money-changers' tables and the dove-dealers' seats upside down,
