'Above' in the Bible

Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord:Lord God of Israel who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are God—You alone—of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.

The remainder of the house of Judah which survives will again [take] root below and bear fruit above.

And they have not hearkened, and Manasseh causeth them to err, to do the evil thing above the nations that Jehovah destroyed from the presence of the sons of Israel.

Because Manasseh king of Judah hath done these abominations, and hath done wickedly above all that the Amorites did, which were before him, and hath made Judah also to sin with his idols:

And he spake kindly to him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon;
