'Blame' in the Bible
Then the woman of Tekoa said to the king, “My lord the king, may any blame be on me and my father’s house, and may the king and his throne be innocent.”
Throughout all this Job did not sin or blame God for anything.
“Come on!” the sailors said to each other. “Let’s cast lots. Then we’ll know who is to blame for this trouble we’re in.” So they cast lots, and the lot singled out Jonah.

He answered them, “Pick me up and throw me into the sea so it may quiet down for you, for I know that I’m to blame for this violent storm that is against you.”
Both were righteous in God’s sight, living without blame according to all the commands and requirements of the Lord.
to keep the command without fault or failure until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ.
