'Blows' in the Bible

I will be a father to him, and he will be a son to Me. When he does wrong, I will discipline him with a human rod and with blows from others.

The wicked are not like this;instead, they are like chaff that the wind blows away.

then I will call their rebellionto account with the rod,their sin with blows.
