'Completed' in the Bible

He has dug a pit and hollowed it out,And has fallen into the [very] pit which he made [as a trap].

They devise wicked schemes, saying, "We have completed our plans, hiding them deep in our hearts."

To the Overseer. -- A Psalm of David. A Song. To Thee, silence -- praise, O God, is in Zion, And to Thee is a vow completed.

The prayers of David, the son of Jesse, are completed.
