'Covers' in the Bible

The earth is given into [the] hand of [the] wicked; he covers the face of its judge-- if [it is] not [he], then who [is] it?

or [it is so] dark you cannot see, and a flood of water covers you.

[He] covers [the] face of [the] full moon; [he] spreads his cloud over it.

Look, he scatters his lightning around him, and he covers the roots of the sea.

He covers [his] hands [with] lightning, and he commands it the place at [which] to strike.
